We love getting creative and inventing new pieces for people! Please let us know if there are customisations you'd like to make to an existing piece, or if you have a brand new idea. Most symbols, fonts, charms, and metal shapes you see in the shop can be mixed and matched to create a unique and custom piece of jewelry.

We offer chains in a variety of sizes. 18 inches is a standard size for a woman, while 16 inches may be preferred by a teenager or a woman looking for a choker length necklace. 20 and 22 inches are standard sizes for men. If you're not sure what size to order, you may want to measure a necklace you already have to see what length is right for you.

Laurel Leaf products are made of high-quality sterling silver and gold-fill. Sterling silver is a precious metal that can tarnish over time. Gold-filled items are covered in a thick layer of 14k gold and will not tarnish, but still require care and maintenance.

Make your jewelry the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night, to minimize exposure to beauty/skin products. Always remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising, and store it in a cool, dry place.

If your jewelry does require cleaning, use water and a mild soap, followed by a gentle polish with the enclosed pad. Tarnish can be removed from sterling with a toothbrush and baking soda paste.

Stamping on the back

Unfortunately, our items can be stamped on one side only. This is because the stamping on one side shows through on the other side.

French stamping

All items can be stamped in English or French.

Custom order text requirements

If a customized order is sent without any text specifications, we will attempt to contact you for your text. If we do not get a reply within 30 days of the order date, your order will be canceled and refunded.
